"The Silence of My Soul"
by
Judith Johnson Kypta
In the quiet of the evening.....
After the day has taken its toll
I just close my eyes and listen
To the silence of my soul
It is so very comforting.....
As my mind and soul connect
And my thoughts begin sorting
Bringing forth, a calming effect
Then I listen to my heartbeat
As it pumps, so quietly.......
My mind, my soul and my heart
What comprises....most of me
A work of the Creator...In unison
Everything is under..... His rule
The very breath, He breathed
Became the silence of my soul.
